NOT KNOWN FACTUAL STATEMENTS ABOUT TROUBLE BACKSTAIRS

Thank you for all your assistance but practically nothing worked as I still can’t do an iCloud back up. I did every little thing you stated and even restored from scratch and the two my iPhone thirteen & iPhone XR simultaneously can no more backup for the cloud.
